Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns for purchases made through retail partners, in-store locations, or other third-party sellers. Returns must be processed through the original retailer in accordance with their return policy.
Audien Hearing offers a 45-day risk-free trial from the date you receive your shipment.
Important: Returns must be authorized by our customer service team before sending your item back. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. This ensures proper processing and protects your eligibility for a refund.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping fees, which may vary depending on their location.
To initiate a return, contact us by phone, text, or email using the information at the bottom of this policy. Once approved, a USPS return label will be emailed to you. You must drop off and ensure your return is in transit by the 45th day after delivery to remain eligible.
Returns Inside 45 Days
If you are within the 45-day trial period and have received authorization from customer support, you are eligible for a full refund. To qualify:

All hearing aids must be returned in original packaging.

All accessories (charging case, cable, brush, earbuds, tools, etc.) must be included.

Items must be undamaged and in working condition.

If the hearing aid is determined to be a manufacture defect, a full refund will be applied. However, if the hearing aid is damaged due to physical damage, water exposure, wax buildup/poor maintenance or unauthorized modifications, then no refund will be given.

The return must include your order number or it may be delayed up to 21 business days.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements. This inspection process can take 3–5 business days. Funds are typically returned to the original form of payment shortly after, though exact timing may depend on the bank or credit card issuer.
If you do not have an email address, you are responsible for shipping your return to Audien Hearing at your own cost.
For exchange orders, the 45-day return window begins on the day your upgraded product is delivered.
Returns After 45 Days
Returns requested or received after the 45-day trial period are not eligible for a refund.
If a return is received past the 45-day period and without authorization, the item(s) will be sent back to the customer. Customers may contact our support team to request the return of these items. A $5 shipping fee will apply.

Accessory Pack and Ear Cleaner Refunds

Unopened accessory packs and ear cleaners may be returned within the 45-day window.

Opened or unsealed items are not eligible for a refund.

If returned with your hearing aids, these items can be included in the same package using the Audien-provided label.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to update.
While most deliveries arrive in 3–5 business days, delays may occur due to carrier issues. Audien Hearing is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
If your shipping address cannot be verified, we will contact you by email. If we do not hear back within 10 days, your order will be canceled and refunded.
Warranty
Your hearing aids are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed upon inspection, we will repair or replace your device at no cost.
The warranty does not cover:

Wax buildup or poor maintenance

Unauthorized modifications
To repair or replace items not covered under warranty, replacement fees will apply.
