By submitting your video, you agree to the following:

Eligibility: You must be a current Audien customer, 18 years or older, and a legal resident of the United States. Limit one submission per person. This offer is limited to the first 200 approved submissions, and Audien reserves the right to close submissions once this limit is reached.

Video Requirements: Your video must be 1–2 minutes long, answer both prompts provided, and have clear audio and video quality. Videos that do not meet these requirements may not be approved for a gift card.

Gift Card: Upon approval, you will receive a $100 Audien gift card via email. Gift cards are for use on audien.com only and cannot be exchanged for cash. Allow up to [X business days] for processing.

Content Usage Rights: By submitting your video, you grant Audien Hearing, LLC the perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and display your video (including your name, likeness, and voice) in any marketing materials, including but not limited to: advertisements, social media, websites, emails, and promotional campaigns. Audien may edit your video for length, clarity, or content.

Consent: You confirm that all content in your video is original, does not infringe on any third-party rights, and that you have the authority to grant these rights. You release Audien from any claims related to the use of your submission.

Privacy: Personal information collected will be used in accordance with Audien's Privacy Policy and will not be sold to third parties.

No Guarantee of Use: Submission does not guarantee your video will be used in Audien's marketing materials.

Termination: Audien reserves the right to modify or terminate this campaign at any time without notice.
